The Process
Many of our first “meetings” with our clients are just conversations. We listen to your wants, needs and how you live your life. We hear what it is that you are looking for in a home and a builder, and together we explore the possibilities that may exist. We then start to create the perfect plan tailor made just for you. We provide computer drawings, elevations, perspectives and renderings that will help give you a visual representation of what your project will be.
Once initial plans are created we can begin the design process. One thing that sets Rob Phipps apart from other builder’s in the area is that included in our service is a professional interior designer for every project. Together we coordinate every aspect of your project and don’t send you all around town looking for flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing and light fixtures. Our team is able to provide all of these services in house at no additional charge.
Once selections have been made the construction process begins. We believe in clear communication throughout the project. We work closely with you (our client) during this time to keep you up-to-date on the changes taking place in your new or remodeled home.
